Before you decide whether you should come into the office or not please read the following –
The symptoms of COVID-19 are similar to other respiratory illnesses including the flu and common cold.
The most common symptoms of COVID-19 include:
Fever (see below)
Chills
Cough or worsening of chronic cough
Shortness of breath
Sore throat
Runny nose
Loss of sense of smell or taste
Headache
Fatigue
Diarrhea
Loss of appetite
Nausea and vomiting
Muscle aches
While less common, symptoms can also include:
Stuffy nose
Conjunctivitis (pink eye)
Dizziness, confusion
Abdominal pain
Skin rashes or discoloration of fingers or toes.

As per the BC CDC – As of 08/28/2020
- Anyone who has had symptoms of COVID-19in the last 10 days must self-isolate at home.
- Anyone under the direction of the provincial health officer to self-isolate must follow those instructions
- Anyone who has arrived from outside of Canada must self-isolate for 14 days and monitorfor symptoms

Please use your best judgement and if you feel sick stay home. If you do develop Covid symptoms please inform Carla (604)-688-5894 ext 5. So, we can make sure anyone that you came into contact with can self-isolate.
Getting to work:
If taking public transit adhere to all rules and requirements. Sanitize when entering the office.
To Maintaining physical distance:
Max amount of people working in the office: 7
Front of office: 4
Back of office: 3
Limit visitors or clients to the office. Ensure proper distancing, face masks and cleaning precautions.
Entering and working in the office:
When entering the office please clean hands with either hand sanitizer or wash your hands at kitchen sink. Please wash hands frequently during the day. There will be a place where you can sanitize your hands at the front desk, kitchenet and washroom. Please let Carla know if we are running low on and supplies.
Please sanitize your desk and work space daily. Even if you do not share your desk with others. If you are using a shared space please clean your desk at the start and end of your day.
We must maintain a distance of 2 meters. If physical distance cannot be used both parties must wear a mask. If you are reviewing drawings or where social distancing will be an issue please wear a mask.
Food and where to eat:
Please bring your own dishes and utensils from home and keep them on your desk, or keep office utensils at your desk for your use only. Do not leave any dishes or utensils in general areas. Ie the kitchen area. Please eat at your desk or go outside for lunch or breaks.
Cleaning:
The first person in the morning please do a clean down of the door knobs and wipe down general use areas. The last person out at night if you can please do a wipe down of faucets and counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom. We have Lysol wipes or spray disinfection for this. Please let Carla know if these supplies get low.
Contact Tracking:
If we have a client or Rep that comes into our office, we need to take down their first and last name and a way to contact them. We should keep this information for at least 3 months. This book will be labeled Contact Tracking. Please fill out book anytime s Client or Rep comings in.
