This 30 unit residential project provides housing and supports to individuals struggling with addiction. As a LEED Gold certified building, the design incorporates geothermal heating and cooling, energy efficient light and control systems, water saving fixtures and sustainable features. The design includes a central courtyard to provide a safe and secure outdoor area for residents. Amenities include a resident lounge and multipurpose area for community resource meetings.
